Surnames: James, Lott,
I am interested to know if the will of James Lott (abt. 1770-1835) from Narberth was directed to his wife Elizabeth. I found the record of the will in the National Library archive for St. David's. I think he was the father of John James (1789- ) and Elizabeth James (1793). I believe you may be able to help me.
I am also interested in the family of Philip James of Amroth and his wife Mary. They may be the parents of Hannah James born in Amroth abt. 1814. I have found christening records for the children of Philip and Mary:
Elizabeth Philip 19/2/1809
Mary Philip 26/1/1812
Anne James 20/8/1815 - this may be my Hannah.
Susanna James 20/8/15
Benjamin james 12/7/1818.
I wonder if you know when the welsh naming pattern changed and why this happened. I am coming across quite a few in the Narberth area around the late 1700s and early 1800s that use the welsh naming pattern.

My husband comes from Pembrokeshire, he is Robert Brace and at present I am researching the mining families in the Narberth area who are his forebears.
I have seen all the work you do for people and I appreciate it very much.
Regards
Margie Brace
