Surnames:

Thomas Rees was born circa 1775 in Meline (?) Pembrokeshire.
He moved to Herefordshire where he married Mary Evans and became a Chapel Minister. I have details of his marriage and life in Herefordshire but nothing about the part of his life in Wales.
Would be grateful if anybody could find anything on him, including where Meline might be.
