Just curious as to how you are a descendent of Jessima McNeil? It would seem that she had children before coming to the Bahamas? My grandmother, who was the grand daughter of Jessima McNeil did say she came from Ireland. Her descendents are many. Her son George M Knowles' descendents live in Mangrove Bush, Long Island.
