My ancestors move from one of the British Islands to the Dominican Republic maybe in the early 1920's. The first christopher I know about is Alejandrina Christopher. She was my great-grand mother. She had English as her mother tongue. Her sons spoke spanish. She was married to a German named John Schubert. That's as far back as I can go.
