I posted this elsewhere as a 'JoseHerr' also had info regarding the elder Ricardo...

Hello,

I am a descendant of a later Ricardo O'Fallon-- my grandfather. My understanding was that his father was an Irish mercenary sent to Cuba by the queen of Spain, who later married a Cuban woman, had my grandfather (or Papi) who then married a Cuban woman named Ursulina (I believe her surname was Perez and I'd like more info about her background as well- i think her mom was Ursula), had 4 daughters while still in Cuba, moved to Miami in 51-52, and had my mom. My grandfather's sister wrote a book about their family history but I will have to locate it and read it again to remember any more details.
