DR. ANGEL OSVALDO GARCIA, 77, was born March 1, 1927 in Havana, Cuba. He passed away December 13, 2004 at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana, CA. Angel was a resident of Highland for 28 years. He was a member of Cursillo de Christiandad, Knights of Columbus, St. Adelaide Catholic Church and a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Remigia Delia Garcia; 2 sons, Osvaldo R. Garcia and Fernando E. Garcia; daughter Guadalupe F. Garcia-Ho, all of Highland, CA.; sister, Hilda Rosales of Miami, Florida; 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siter, Ofelia GARCIA.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 16, 2004 at 4 to 7 p.m, with a Rosary at 7 pm at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Mass of Resurrection will be held Friday, December 17, 2004, 1:30 p.m. at St. Adelaide Catholic Church, 27457 Baseline, Highland. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, 560 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Cursillo de Christiandad, c/o Angel GARCIA Scholarship Fund, 1186 S. Larch Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
