Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I dont really know. My Frank Wieler Blaine died in 1971. I was born in England and my father did not part with much information about my ancestors. My sister said she thought he mentioned St.Martin's, maybe St. Andrews. I have his date of birth and he always said he was born in Seven Oaks in Kent. His father's name was James. I hve only this information. His birth is not on the indexes for being born in Britain. I know he travelled to New Orleans in 1942 (shown on the passenger list) He married my mother in 1946 in England. I think he had a sister called Florence. Little information Im afraid, I know he lived in Jamaica until he was 28 years old.
