William Fancis Frederick of Mt. Victory, St. Croix born 30 Dec 1854 to Charles and Wilhelmina Fredericks married Charlotte Victorius Phiilipus of Mt. Pellier on 4 Feb 1883. They had five children:

Phillip b. 1887
Ann Cecelia b. 5 Apr 1890
Teresa b. 3 Jan 1893
Agnes Veronica b. 17 Jun 1897

They moved into town around 1911 and lived at several addresses throughout the years. On the 1930 census they are caring for two grand-children: Magella Milligan and Lola Blackwood.

Can anyone put me in contact with present day descendants of the children of Francis and Charlotte?
