Hello,

Curious if anybody could help me...My Great-Grandfather was Joseph Retzl. He was born in 1880 (unsure where), left Hohenau, Austria in 1912 with his wife (Franziska, aka Fannie) for the United States. At that time they had two children (Frank and Johann/Hans/John). Joseph died in 1970. Unfortunately, he was not a very nice man and my Grandfather did not speak of him at all. I can not seem to find any records of Joseph's parents or any other information that would allow me to dig further into this branch of my family. I appreciate any help!
