I realise this is an old post and you may have already found the info but
Barnard Walford was sent to Norfolk Island on the Third Fleet and Married Jane Molloy (second fleet)with 5 children (2 from a previous relationship) they were sent to Hobart in 1807 on the Lady Nelson and were granted land in Sandy Bay. Barnard and his sons had several Licenses to "Public Houses" in Hobart including the Turks Head, the King George, and possibly the "Adam and Eve" Barnard and Jane ended up with 8 children before his death in 1828. He was the first Jewish settler in Tasmania and is listed amongst his professions as a Victualler, Engraver and Baker. My brothers and I are 7th generation decendants.
