as Wanowitz, Upper-Silesia now is polish you have to research in Poland.
Wanowitz in polish now Wojnowice (for a time in german was Hubertusruh).

i found an info, that documents older then 100 years are kept since 01.10.1874 in the state-archive Opole(german Oppeln).
"....Die Standesamtsregister von Leobschütz werden, soweit sie älter als 100 Jahre sind, ab 01.10.1874 im Staatsarchiv Oppeln ausbewahrt."
