Something does not add up! I see where someone named Stanislav B. STARCEVIC died at Mauthausen/Gusen Concentration Camp in 1943. But he was born in 1911. Which would make the MILOSEVIC you found on the 1914 manifest 7 at the time of his birth!

STARCEVIC is a surname of over 2% of the Croatian population, so unless you know otherwise the one who died in WW II may not have been related.

Stanislav would be Stanley in English.

Found on the manifest below is Tonica and Stanislav STARCEVIC, birth location Lic (sounds like leach) destination Roslyn WA to husband/father Stjepan STARCEVIC. Her nearest relative in Lic is listed as her father Juro (=George in Eng) STARCEVIC.

In re to Stjepan's birth year, census records would indicate his birth year as 1883ish.
