Surnames: Polak Pollak Pollack
"... my grandfather was Frank Polak, immigrated via Ellis Island in 1907 ... He settled in Milwaukee ..."

There were queries in Milwaukee's German papers to locate an emigrant named Franz Pollack from the town of Sedletz, Mähren, Austria. These were published in March 1930.

I've indexed about 50 combined entries of Polak Pollak and Pollack in the growing index. (I'm not related.)

"Milwaukee's German Newspapers; an index of death notices and related items" (1844-1950).
