there is the english info for using the online files for Pilsen. would guess you must can read them :)
and also you can take from the other links in german the Pilsen-archive, which you need if you like to ask directly - when you take time. otherwise you can take for parts you interested an translator too. we also do sometimes when we do not understand a language. no idea what´s the problem. most people researching their ancestors have to do often some extra-lessons and not all will be directly presented on a plate ;)
i ask myself why taking time to state that all step-by-step you need and then get the comment " ..so the websites you suggested will not help me."
no idea what you need more.
this is the archive Pilsen (former german name)/ Plzeň (present czech name):http://www.genealogienetz.de/reg/SUD/crarch-list.html#g1
this is the info for using the online-files there:https://familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Czech_Republic_Church...
if you have problems with that maybe would be better to take then a professionell researcher:http://www.family-lines.cz/
persons being direct from there and being specialists for Pilsen-archive would be Mrs. Marcela Fremrová. Mr. Jan Niebauer, Dr. Ilona Kloubcová - to find in this list:http://www.genealogienetz.de/reg/SUD/prof-geneal.html
