hrebenare (correctly hřebenáře) = comb maker, someone who makes combs

The stamp declares that the person had changed confession. He/she declared not be catholic (I presume it is catholic book) and chose new confession. Declares that the person belongs now to Cirkev československá husitská (Czechoslovakian hussitic? church), established 1920.
Note that the second option (stays without confession) is crossed out.

The rest of the stamp is the file number of the declaration which had to be done formally on the district administration office.
