Hmm, after looking at records and double checking, I don't think this can be the Joseph and Rosina I am looking for. Anton was shown born in 1776, and while I did search for and find a death for Rosina Haisman in 1772, it can't be the same couple as she died before Anton was born, and at the age of 62 likely beyond child bearing years for some time. I'm kind of stuck here where to check now, I don't see any marriage in Dolni Lukavice in that time frame for Joseph and Rosina, nor did I see it in Pudovice for the birth location of Anton in Strzizovic. I guess I can keep searching in Pudovice/Lukavice for death records for Joseph and/or Rosina to see if I can shed light on what happened and where they were located.

I guess it's possible this might still be parents of the Joseph I am looking for, so I'll keep checking.
