Which parts do you need help with? This record has more words than usual. I assume you can translate that Sophie was born 2 Aug 1875, baptized 8 Aug 1872, that the name of the priest was Franz something, she is katholic, and a maadchen, legitimate. Because of the repairs, you can't see the headings, but if you go to image 25, you can. I don't recognize the 7th narrow column, but since it's not checked for any child, it's safe to ignore it.

Then comes a location, although I can't tell what it is. Then the midwife's name (last column on the left page).

The right page is full of info. It is not the best reproduction; it will be difficult to even read the text to transcribe it. I can make out that the father is Josef Mayer of Chodov, but that he was born in another location. His father might have been Andreas Mayer, house 10 in a different town. Sophie's mother looks like Josephina Eisenmann. It looks like she might have been from house 100 in Chodov.

It will be interesting to see what the experienced translators come up with. There is a lot of info here.
