Translation Help, Please: 1921 Census

My Balada family came from Černá za Bory, Pardubice, Czechoslovakia. It's a tiny place with few digitized records, but I just today found a 1921 Census record that lists a Balada.

Now, my family immigrated to Budapest sometime in the 1860s-1870s, so I do not know the connection to this specific Balada, but am curious if there are any clues in his census record. I would have to assume that he was some kind of kin to me.

Could someone please help me translate or guide to finding a translation? I am posting the whole image so one can see the column headings, and then a close-up of Frantisek Balada's line. This image comes from Family Search website: Czech Republic Census, 1800-1945, Pardubice, Černá za Bory, 1921, image 9 or 168.

This is the first digitized image I have ever seen for this village; I am searching for any info on the Baladas, even though my direct family line moved away prior to this census.

Thank you so kindly!
