Have just located my Rosenbeck/Rossenbeck ancestors in Mulheim an der Ruhr. Ordered the films but they are filmed by one side and then the other, instead of right to left and I struggle to put the two sides of each entry together.

I have Herman Rossenbeck bap. 5 Nov 1809 in Mulheim
md 30 May 1835 to Agnes Passing bap 28 Feb 1813 in Muelheim

unnamed b. 5 Feb 1845 in Kettwig Werden
Wilhelm b. abt 1849

This family emigrated to the US in Nov. 1849 coming to New Orleans. Only half of them show up on the 1850 census, 8 months later. It was the cholera epidemic. Would like to know more of these lines in Germany. There is an hereditary issue we are tracking.
