My grandfather's family lived in Telgte, Germany. I am having a difficult time locating any information about this family. We know their names were, Herbert/Hubert Kotter and Elisabeth Julkenbeck. My granfather, Max, had a sister, Maria and a brother, Heinrich. We know only approximate years of births. Heinrich abt 1891, Max 1892 and Maria abt 1901. I do have a couple of letters my ggmother send to my grandfather, they were from Telgte. I would appreciate any direction on how to comtinue.
