Howdy, I'm looking for info on my Great, Great Grandfather Frederick Böhning. I believe Frederick had a brother named Christian Böhning (who also came to the US). It's possible their parents came to the US to join their boys in the late 1800's. A son lists his Dad (Frederick Böhning) as being born in Bavaria, Germany... nothing more specific. Frederick died in Montgomery County, Iowa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
