Can anyone help me look up birth certificate information for:

Veronica Josephine Hugreth (married name Elger)

B: 18 Nov 1824 in Berlin

I have been looking for her for over 15 years and am determined to find her. She came to the US on 20 Sep 1852.

She didn't leave much of a trail in the US once she arrived, so am desperately hoping I can find information on her back in Berlin.
