"Támpa" isn't really a Hungarian surname*, but I can totally see an inexperienced indexer misreading the priest's (likely atrocious) handwriting to get to it from Tánczos, so if I were you, I'd want to take a look at the microfilm. (You could try FamilySearch's photoduplication services -- search their Wiki for "photoduplication".)
*The online phonebooks find exactly one person by this name in the whole country, in Győr.
