Surnames: Tanzos, Klucsarits

On the same above page as the eldest boy's birth record in the subject of preceding post, I find another family name: father József Klucsarits. Between the father's and mother's name is "fam". What does that signify? They are his legitimate parents?

Also, in the same Klucsarits record, sadly, the child's death is also recorded. What do the numbers mean at the end of the first and second lines: "29/9B. t.a." and "11727"? Is 11727 actually 11 / 27?

Next, why would the birth be recorded in Tobaj and the death be recorded in a different district, Németujvár? Is there another possibility or it is most likely they moved between the child's birth and death?

Lastly, what is the word under the registrar's signature for the death and what is its translation?

Thanks for your help ironing out the tiny details.
