All I can really add is the placename referenced on (or rather, between) the first few lines:

from my 2nd wife single name [that is, maiden name?] Ida Tanzos from Horvath Csencs
Jozef Tanzos 1913 on 14 March illegitimate in Horvat Csencs
Franz Tanzos 1915 on 15 July illegitimate
Stefan Gros on 24 August 1916
Therezia Gros on 8 October 1917 Pahnovtoid(??) Pa

It seems reasonable to assume that "ledigen wais" is a misspelling of "ledigenweise" -- they sound identical. The identification of Tanzos as the wife's "single name" also points in this direction, since that's the surname listed for the two boys in question.

Anyway, Horvátcsencs was in Vas county, Németujvár district (járás), so in the same general vicinity as your other relatives (as I recall). The 1913 gazetteer says the nearest Roman Catholic church was in Németcsencs, and the civil registration office was in Tobaj. (I don't have time to browse through the relevant images, but I did check that FamilySearch does appear to have the relevant records available, if the waypoint/title is to be believed.)
