Interesting that an online tree for Rosina indicates she was born in Brighton (2 Park Cottages) to Christopher Crabb & Ann Caddey (1839-1901) at Ann's birthplace is given as Cornwall and death in Pancras (London).

Children of Rosine are given as Violet Evelyn Jessie (1883), Sydney Edgar Bates (1888) and Isabelle Noely Phillippa (1895).

1861 English Census
Brighton, Sussex Co.

Caddy, Ann, aged 22, cook, born Cornwall
(living in the boarding house owned by William Cockinge)

Ann is in the 1871 census, born Penryn Cornwall, working as a cook in Ridlers Hotel in Holborn Street, St. Andrew Holborn, London. Rosine does not seem to be listed in the household. She is in the same place in the 1881 census.
