I am looking for any information about Lieutenant Werner von Bulow. He served in the Franco-Prussian where he won the Iron Cross. He then retired to what was then German Samoa.
If there is any connection or if anyone knows of this family I would very much like to know. He may have been connected with Prince Bernhard von Bulow but I am not sure.
