My reading is:

"des ehemals hier wohn......
und ......verstorbener Schuster
Besendahls hinterlassene
Wittwe Catharina Margaretha"

gestorben an? "an der Schwindsucht"

Can anyone fill in those 2 blanks or make corrections please?
