Classification: Query
Surnames: Saxony, Sergsee, Barnett, Sasiene
My dad's name was Samuel Saxony b.1911, siblings are Lottie b.1897, Annie b.1899, Nathan b.1901 (surname changed to Barnett), Rosie b.1906, & Hyman (Daddy's twin).

Their parent's names were Jane Zelda Levy b.1877 married to Barnett Sergsee (as spelt in the 1901 census but not sure if this was actually correct) but changed to Barnett Saxony some time before the 1911 census.

Both parents are listed as Russian subjets but I don't know where from or when they arrived here. He was a slipper maker. They lived in the East End: 1901 were in St George in the East & 1911 were in Bethnal Green.

Would appreciate if these details mean anything to anyone. Every time I enter the Saxony word I just get all of the details up about the area of Saxony in Germany.
