Surnames: Holborn Kohlsaat
There was a "J. Kohlsaat" family in Milwaukee (Wisconsin, USA) in the 1870s that married into the Holborn family, also from Brunsbüttel. Henriette Holborn Kohlsaat died in Brunsbüttel on a visit there. Her husband placed death notices in the Milwaukee's German newspapers as "J. Kohlsaat" (posted on the Schleswig-Holstein board). His father-in-law, "F. Holborn" died in Milwaukee shortly after, and his death notices reference "J. Kohlsaat and children", along with the widow Elise Holborn.

"Milwaukee's German Newspapers; an index of death notices and related items" (1844-1950).
