I have a Johann Friedrich PETERSEN born May 10, 1839 at Oldersbek, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. His parents were Claus and Nannie (KREBS) PETERSEN. He married Brigitta Cathrina NISSEN on July 14, 1866 in Sonnebull, Schleswig-Holstein. Brigitta was born May 15, 1839 at Langenhorn, Schleswig-Holstein. Her parents were Hans and Esther (CARSTENEN) NISSEN. Johann & Brigitta had these children: Nannie Eline Catharina PETERSEN b. May 27, 1867 at Sonnebull, Schleswig-Holstein; Hans Friedrich Christian PETERSEN b. May 8, 1868 at Sonnebull, Schleswig-Holstein; Emilia Maria PETERSEN b. Aug. 27, 1869 at Schleswig-Holstein; Claus Wilhelm PETERSEN b. Aug. 3, 1870 at Schleswig-Holstein; Anna Christina PETERSEN b. Aug. 14, 1871 at Schleswig-Holstein; Lorenz John Carsten PETERSEN b. Sept. 9, 1872 in Schleswig-Holstein; Bernhard Gustav Adolph PETERSEN b. Sept. 4, 1873 in Schleswig-Holstein; Bertha Margaretha PETERSEN b. Nov 22, 1874 at Schleswig-Holstein; Alvina Augusta PETERSEN b. Nov 5, 1875 at Schleswig-Holstein, died Nov 24, 1875 at Mirebull, Schleswig-Holstein; Anna Rosine PETERSEN b. Dec. 15, 1876 at Mirebull, Schleswig-Holstein; Bernhard Julius PETERSEN b. Dec 17, 1877 at Mirebull, Schleswig-Holstein; Maria Cathrina PETERSEN b. Jan 25, 1879 at Mirebull, Schleswig-Holstein (she had a still born son born March 20, 1880, buried at the Breklumer church yard, Schleswig-Holstein). Maria was married to Charles Van Zant.
