The name KIETA exists in Poland in small numbers and one listing in Slovak Republic's phone book.

All the people that are by this surname and from Starebyatre/St.Bystra/Stare Aystre/Stare Aysala/Starebystzc/Harebestre might be all related. It would be worth some time to check out all of their manifests..
The LDS-Mormons (Family History Center) have filmed the church records so check out their website. You might have to search around for records being that Stare Bystre is/was a small village
