You are right! The WIlsey family for sure. There is a great book telling about them, a Genealogical and Psychological Memoir of Philippe Maton Wiltsee by Jerome Wiltsee. I'm sure you probably have seen this, though. The story is fascinating. It is odd how some parts of one's family tree are smooth sailing for hundreds of years and others come to a dead stop in the 1800s.

I think I may have given an incorrect date for Josephine Houfek. Her correct birth date is 1855 (not 1885), d. 19 February 1930. Thanks for looking into her! I found a plethora of "Joseph Houfek" men, but no Josephine.
