Robbie, I didn't find your Jicinsky or Kopriva family in the city of Prague, even though there are families there with those names. Alternate spellings include Jitschinsky and Koprziwa.
I find the immigration for an Anna Jicinsky, age 21, of Bohemia, arriving in New York on Aug 12, 1887, sailing on board the EIDER. She traveling alone. She is from Pozdin, which is current day Pozdyne, parish of Hvozdany, in the Pribram district of Central Bohemia. It didn't say if she was married, single, etc. No children with her.
I then looked at church records for that town and the years you need on not yet on line.
You may be able to get Frank's death certificate from 1899 to find their origin town.
