You won't get it in English, at least the records won't be. Some of the records are quite legible, as is the one I sent you. Some are near impossible to read. Most are in German, Czech or Latin.
On the site, left hand margin go to Parish Registers, then Roman Catholic Church, then Letter P for Pisek, then at center page Pisek. Then find the register B Birth, M Marriage or D Death and appropriate year. This also has some index at the bottom for easier searching. Most times a mapping out of the book is needed for one to know where their town is and year. This can be time intense.
So in Book 17, go to image 223 for sister Maria Sladkova (feminine for Sladek) and you will see she was born brezen ( March) 22,1852. Then sister Anna, same book, image 401, born Kvetna (May) 26, 1854.
Others possibly in this family:
Vojtech (Albert) Sladek, born listopad ( November) 12, 1865, page (not image) 230
Josefa b. Kvetna (May) 30, 1863, page 42 (Might be in a different number book also.
Brother Frank (probably Frantisek) was born about Feb 1869, according to the 1900 census in Traverse. I didn't look for his record yet. I do know that he married Dec 20, 1890 to Barbara Habersberg.
Joseph's first marriage most likely took place in the home town of the bride.
