I need help interpreting the bride data in the attached snip. According to the "super index", she was a widow, but I think the name given, Mlynář, is her first husband's name. I think the first husband might have been "Pavel". I also don't understand the significance of adding "horni" after the surname. I have observed this several times. I know it means "upper" or "over", but what does it mean in conjunction with a surname?
