Interpret 1796 Birth Record -- nearly empty

Hello. This is the most puzzling possible birth record yet. My ggg grandmother was "Rozalia" from Bohdalec, born about 1796 based on her age at marriage. This is the only Rozalia in the book, at least close to 1796. Right side, 6th record down. What is under father and mother? To me, it looks like the same word as under the clergyman's entry.

Is it the equivalent of ditto? And would that mean that Rozalia is a twin with Katharina on the previous line? If so, what are her parents' names? I'm also attaching an image.

Thanks.
Mary
