I, too, have family from Bohuslavice, Hodonin District, South Moravia, Czech Republic. I looked at your immigration record of Emilie. I can say almost 100% that it says it is Bohuslavice. Up above it on the record the next town name is Kyjov, which is right below Bohuslavice. There are at least 6-8 towns named Bohuslavice in the Czech Republic. Mahren is the German name for Moravia. So, there's a great chance that it's the one that my family is from. I found great information from the Czech Republic's online archives, or rather I hired someone from a town near there to do the searching for me. This is site: actarepublica.eu. The man's name is Jiri Osanec and his email is josonec@iol.cz. I found his name on the site cgsi.org. I hope I helped a lot. There are many czech to english translators online. Some of the records may be in German, too.
