My relatives lived in Ashtabula OH. The only living member of the family is my grandfather who now lives in Cedar City UT. But he was born and raised in Ashtabula. I know that his parents wre Joseph Spevak who died in 1929 and Theresa Halavacs Spevak and she died in 1970. Theresa's parent wer Micholes Halavacs and Helena Szidor. I don't know anything else about them but their names. I am pretty sure that they lived in Makkosjanosi. Do you or your relatives know anything about them? Birth dates? Death dates? Or anywhere I can look to get that information? Any help would be much appreciated. This is so exciting!
