Hi Joan. No, the name does not imply residents from Holland. Hollendrie is a form of democratic village government that was brought into use by people from Holland who migrated to Prussia in the 16th and 17th centuries. It was adopted by other ethnic groups who migrated later but the name stuck.
If you are lucky, you will find an index of names written in Roman script or in some cases, written in Roman script next to the Cyrillic version within the document. If not, you will at least have to know what the name looks like in Cyrillic. In either case you can photocopy the relevant documents and puzzle over them later or get someone to translate them for you.
