The records available from LDS church are spotty. I was also unable to find my ancestry there, however, having been through many of their archives I can tell you that they have many records from Poland, so it is just spotty. My best advice is to either write to the archdiocese, the civil registrar (which I believe is in Jaslo) or hire a local geneologist. By the way, I did write to the civil registrar in Jaslo, but I have never heard back from them. I assume that they will write back one day. I've heard that it can take years to hear back from the civil registrar.
