Huh, I thought I replied to this thread at some point, but I guess not! I don't know anything about Filip, but my great-grandfather is Szymon Urbanek and he was born in Odrzykon. I wonder if he is related to your Urbanek. He settled in Buffalo, NY. I have ordered his naturalization paperwork and I can let you know if there are any Odrzykon clues there.
