There was no church in Surowica. The only building is a stable block, which was constructed in part from stones that came from the destroyed houses. No other buildings. In the cemetery there were three fairly intact gravestones/markers and part of the metal fencing from the cemetery. A creek ran through the area, which Is believed is a tributary of the Wislok River. also the sites where the church had stood and where a priests’ graveyard had been but there were no ruins to see.
