I have done a little more research, and believe the area I am looking at is called "Rocksdorf", which is a district of the German "Frankenstein". On the map of Poland, this seems to translate to "Zabkowice", if indeed this is the name of a city. I have the name of a Catholic parish "Kaubitz" and the Protestant parish "Zuelzendorf". Let me know if any of this can be useful. I am having trouble getting an exact map location.
