Can anyone give me an alternate spelling for the name Machalicka? My grandmother(Agnes)was born in Poland in January, 1896 and came to the United States in 1911. Her name does not show up on the Ellis Island website so I'm guessing that they either changed/shortened or misspelled it. I have(what I think is her baptisim paper, (written in Polish)Dioecesis Premisliensis. I don't even know what town she's from. Thank you so much.
