Hello,

In my position I have a letter (or a document I should say) that is translated (?)/stamped by a Polish authority in 1936 (it seems).I could need some help with the translation as I have been told it is written in Cyrillic. This doc belonged to my husbands grandmother I believe (she was from that area), and since she was in the US from 1928 it must be family related somehow. I am uploading the document here but if you want m to send it to you via email I can do that too.
