Obviously this is 11 years late but it is still high on Google.
My father Louis Olszewski (Fulton) came from that area. Some time during the 1970's Andrej Nawotka (about 20 yrs old at that time) came to Chicago to visit and work. Andrej and his family were corresponding with my father previously. Andrej had plans of staying in Chicago. I have no knowledge of him since.
My father immigrated to the US in 1912. His older sister was also here about that time. He passed away in 1980. He had a lot of interesting stories about life in Poland (then Russia) and survived the great depression here and did reasonabley well.
