However, Joseph A Polzin (my greatgrandfather) and his father Peter Polzin (my greatgreatgrandfather) were Roman Catholics, and their parish records were with the Mellentin ( as it was called in 19th century Prussia, an area which is now largely in current day Poland, and called Mielecin in Polish) parish records.- or ar least that was information that i was given. but Tuczno is considered the parish, rather than being the town?

However, this record that you mention below at the familysearch has both catholic and protestant?

and would probably have Peter Polzin's parents names?
