A little help with a translation...

My family is from a village in Slovakia called Plechotice. I found the city arms on the Heraldry of the World website and they gave the following description of the coat of arms:
"V modrom štite zo zelenej pažite vyrastajúci zlatý strom s polokrúhlou korunou a kmeňom, dvoma krátkymi vybiehajúcimi pahýlmi, ľavým vyšším."

In Google Translate, it gives me:
"The Blue Shield of green turf growing up with polokrúhlou gold tree crown and trunk, two short vybiehajúcimi stump, left more"

If there is anyone who can assist me in translating the words "polokrúhlou" and "vybiehajúcimi", I would appreciate it. I have tried other languages, Hungarian and Croatian, but no luck. I don't know if these words are a typo or somehow two words that were put together. I am grasping at straws at this point. I have e-mailed the local government in Plechotice asking for an explanation on the city seal and coat of arms, but have not received any response. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction....
