Surnames: CARABINA, ARGINTARU, TALABAC, BALAMACI
I am trying to find relatives whom I believe to be Romanian although they lived in Koritsa (Korce?), Albania in the late 1800s, early 1900s. They left Albania and came to Ellis Island in early 1900s. Some returned to Albania, others remained in the US, settling first in Connecticut, then in St. Louis Missouri. If you have any information on these families, it would help me very much. Thanks!
